How do Chiropractors get into Insurance systems to be able to submit claims?

Is there a fax # that i can fax a W-9 to get in their system. I’m talking about blue cross and blue shield, Cigna and UHC?
Marketing, it’s all about marketing.
You have to get on their provider list. You need to contact them, and negotiate the charges in advance, then send over your credentials before you can be accepted.
