Question on chiropractors? Can they perform operations to remove a tumor?

I am curious, I heard someone with a tumor in their head went to a chiropractor to remove a tumor and it bled more in their face and messed up the operation. I was wondering if it is normal for chiropractors to perform operations to remove tumors? This is a serious question. Thank you.
Chiropractors don’t do surgery and anyone who went to a chiropractor to remove a tumor has a hole in his head in more ways than one lol…
